Is Justice Sabio INCORRUPTIBLE?

I can only laugh at those who tried to defend Justice Jose Sabio Jr., especially to those who even claimed that Justice Sabio is incorruptible!

This is BULLSHIT! What can you say now apologists of Justice Sabio? To begin with, his brother Camilo Sabio, Chairman of PCGG has been linked in various anomalies which until now still under investigation. But certainly, Mike Arroyo (another Atenean, perhaps a member of Aquila Legis and a product of "Jesuit mafia" as some of my Atenean friends fondly call the Jesuits.) will do something to protect the members or affiliates of the Order of the Blue Eagles like Sabio.

Sadly, those who defended Justice Sabio even the venerable Fr. Bernas are already guilty of prejudice! They love their own even if they are corrupt.

With the admission of Justice Sabio, how can he now be a good example of teaching legal ethics (or ethics) for that matter? I remember the old cliche, "Verba movent, exempla trahent" Now, interpret this egoistic and righteous law students and lawyers of Ateneo... It means, "words inspire, action influence." Apparently these "incorruptible law students" of Ateneo Law School think that they're holier than cows" Hahaha! Please, no one is.

Please don't get me wrong. I love the Jesuit priests. In fact, I learned how to swim at Cervini Hall when the late Fr. Francis Joseph Heyden. S.J. of Manila Observatory taught me. But I just one to make this caveat to the idealistic law students and products of Ateneo Law School that no one is incorruptible. This is a big fallacy --- fallacy "assumptio non probata". I am not a lawyer.... I'm nobody.... but I wanna make a point to all of you that even the seemingly most holy person is still corruptible.

So, what can you say now, Justice Sabio's apologists? Is he really incorruptible? Tell that to the marines! Hahaha!

How deeply corruption in the Philippine goverment permeates in the system

Are you not wondering how it's gonna be when GMA's term as Philippine president will be further perpetuated?

It's gonna be an "opium to the people" to borrow Karl Marx depiction about religion.

Come to think of it. The last bastion for truth and justice like Court of Appeals and its justices are now subject of controversy! And that to me is very alarming!

What does it tell us? It tells us one thing, that in GMA's administratuon corruption is not just rampant, it's even permeated in the entire system even to last bastion of truth and justice. Mind you, this may have happened in times of other adminsitrations, but one thing is certain, it is not as brazen as it is now.

With this scenario, here's my question: "Quo vadis Pilipinas?"

GMA's Mistake of the Nation Address

The predictable drama of GMA's SONA which is truly fictional rather than real can be surmised into these:

Since the plot is predictable, (GMA is fond of using people both in literal and figurative sense) the mentioning of those people who worked in Hanjin, the farmer who farms a ten (10) hectare land etc... All of these people who lives have improved as per GMA's own economic standard failed and dfied the principles of ecomomics both in macro and micro economics.

Why? because these people she mentioned and presented in her SONA do not represent the entire people or the real situation of those who are still living in subsistence if not on a "hand to mouth" existence.

Nakakatawang nakakalungkot.

Nakakatawa dahil GMA seems convinced in her own lies, that apparently the people she presented whose lived have improved also represent the real scenario of other people living below poverty line. I remember in statistics and metres (Methods of Research) subject in graduate school, these "sample of population" that GMA presented are insignificant in terms of its relations to actual value or result of "ramdom sampling". GMA ought to know that because ipinagmamalaki nya na ekomomista sya!

May dalawang taon pa tayong magtitiis.

Batid natin na ang State Of the Nation Address ay isang Mistake Of the Nation Address!

Congratulations, Jim! You make Filipinos all over the world proud of you in your "obra maestra" --- TRIBU!

Once again, depsite all the scandals that beseiged our government and the lack of support and indifference from the government for those who are in the Arts and Culture sectors, Direk
Jim Libiran has brought honor and glory to the Filipino people not only in Europe, but in the entire world!

Jim’s "Tribu" is the only non-European film to win in the festival in the Pari de l’Avenir award, or Youth Jury Prize, at the Sixth Paris Cinema International Film Festival. “Tribu” competed with films from France, Japan, China, Haiti, Mexico, Great Britain, Hungary and Germany.

But as the cliche goes, "behind the success of a man is a woman". Congrats also to Mitchelle, the multi-talented and lovely wife of Jim. Unknown to many, Mitchelle is also a pastry chef apart from being a film producer.

Back in France, I also hear from the grapevine that Philippine Ambassador to France José Abeto
Zaide, snubs the Philippine delagates in France. Instead, this "uncultured" ambassador opted to rub elbows with Sharon Cuneta!

Hoy Ambassador Zaide, kung kamag-anak mo man si Gregorio Zaide a history book author eh parang di mo sinasabuhay ang mga aral nya. Why did you anub the Philippine delagates in the Sixth Paris Cinema International Film Festival?

Hahahaha!

While maybe majority of the Filipinos in France are domestic helpers, you don't have the right to be smug and snub ambassador. Ipapapullout kita dyan eh. You behave like a snooty Frenchman Ambassador or maybe you behave like Sharon Cuneta? Hahaha!

Ambassador, walang personalan. I just would like to know the raison d' etre of your behavior towards the Filipinos delegates in the filmfest.

Jim, keep it up friend and may your "tribe" truly increase!

QUEZON CITY HALL is spending 2 Billion Pesos for the "beautification" of sidewalks, Is this TRUE?

I got some complaints from the business establishments in Quezon City regarding the apparent whimsical beautification of Quezon City sidewalks. What is really bothering me and the rest of the residents is the fact that Mayor Sonny Belmonte does not seem to know his priority. While it is true that Quezon City has a lot of money and surplus compared to Makati and other municipalities and cities in Metro Manila (and compared to the time of the Mathays), in my humble opinion, it would be wise and prudent to "earmark" and allocate the money for the truly beneficial projects for the Quezon City taxpayers and constituents such as livelihood program, education, health center, environmental projects and many more. Sayang ang pera eh. Worst the business owners of the affected business establishments where the snail paced digging of the sidewalks is being done are now up in arms against SB.

But it seems you're either densed or ill-advised!

I campaigned for you. My father was your colleague in the defunct Manila Chronicle. He told many so many good things about you.

Ako kasi is a TRUE BLUE QUEZON CITY BOY. Was born in Delgado Clinic and grew up in QC talaga. Yung mga iba kayang mga politikong pulpol sa QC, can they say the same?

By the way, pakisabihan nga po Mayor SB yung barangay captain namin sa Sacred Heart, sir. He condones his tanods in playing cara y cruz which is just stone throw away from the barangay hall! It's disgusting. His reason daw as told to me by some people there in Soupremo Pares is, "they're not on their duty anymore". Sayang, ang campaign slogan pa naman nyang barangay captain namin ay AKSYON LAGI (his nickname is AL!), pero tila puro dada lang itong AL na ito pero wala namang ginagawa. As the saying goes, VERBA MOVENT, EXEMPLA TRAHENT! Words inspire, actions influence. Need I say more?

Don't do business in Taguig & Makati

I heard from the grapevine that Taguig is becoming notorious in their apparent "legal extortion" via city ordinance. Here are the seemingly abuses committed by Taguig Local Government:

1) The hiring of Taguig residents is must and if the establishments hired non-residents of Taguig, they have to pay the local government 700 per person. This is bullshit! What do you think of Taguig, a federal government? Even federal government would not poach on the prerogative of the investors. I have never seen such arrogance from the Tingas. Well, what do you expect from the "Tingas" in vernacular, dumi sila ng mga ngipin. They cause cavities. Maybe so, in their very own kingdom in Taguig.

Hoy, mga Ting na nyo. Hindi kayo forever dyan. Dati-rati nagmamakaawa kayong may mag invest dyan ngayon meron na binababoy nyo mga TINGA NYO!!! WALANG MGA UTANG NA LOOB. DAPAT SA INYO HINDI NA MANALO SA SUSUNOD NA ELEKSYON. MAS MASAHOL PA KAYO SA MAKATI.

2) I was also informed that another ordinance that mangles money from establishments is the checking of water in all the faucets. Mura lang naman, 300 pesos per faucet. Ting na nyo, ang kakapal nyo. If you would like to check the safety of the water flowing out from the faucet, please check the main source --- the Bonifacio Waters System. Nakakapikon kayo. Kundi kayo bobo (not checking the main source of the water), malamang mukhang mangingikil kayo.

I hope Senators Pia and Allan Cayetano would step into these abuses. My question as business consultant is this, is city ordinance absolute? Can one city or municipality come up with as many ordinaces as they want just to feed their fucking caprices and whims so that they can say na may nagawa sila? What about if the ordinances are oppressive such as the ones now being implemented in Taguig? What are the scope and limitations of these ordinances? Can DILG step on this? How about my dear colleagues in the media industry?

To be honest, few days ago one of my clients asked my help to look for a location in Taguig, The Fort area. sabi ko wag dun at duduguin sya.

If this continues, I will tell to my clients and prospective clients not to put their business in Taguig. This thought is counter to the direction of the government to entice investors. I can say the same thing in the Republic of Makati, marami din daw raket dyan.

It reminds me of what I so often hear from some men when they joke around. "Don't get caught with your pants down. And even if you're caught, deny it!"

In that movie, (sorry to pre-empt ha) Keanu had some "operational irregularities or deviations" as a policeman. But his "backer" is a powerful policeman who has money and lots of money to bribe to whoever needs it. It turned out in the end that his backer was the brain behind all the anomalies. Worst, may hidden desire pa kay Keanu. Hahaha!

I hope this is not true in the present government right now. Although I heard from the grapevine that one of the guys in Malacanang does not like girls, he likes boys! Hahahaha!

They acquired loans for swine during the time that there was no crisis in swine breeding. But they say otherwise. Sabi ng mga taga-QUEDANCOR, they had this loan to help the dying industry in piggery. But there was no crisis. Ask the breeders from Bulacan and they had already attested to that foregoing fact.

Ginagawa tayong gago at bobo. Hahahaha! Sounds familiar?

Despite of all the damning evidences presented by Atty. Harry Roque, the ombudsgirl did not act. What do you expect? Will you bite the hands that appointed (fed) you? As a natural occurence, hindi. But the thing is, who pays for the salary of the president, the ombudsgirl and other government personnel that keep on lying on us and insult our intelligence? Tayo. Who will pay for the behest loans made by QUEDANCOR?

Let's condemn these anomalies that beseiged our government and have become a malignant chronic malady.

Putang ina, BABOY NA NGA BINABOY NYO pa!!! QUEDANCOR STINKS... Write them and condemn their anomalies. If these swines can only talk, they would have cursed the king of the SWINES residing in Malacanang. Visit their website: http://www.quedancor.gov.ph/
