When Crisanto “Bong” Naguiat was appointed as Chairman of PAGCOR, a lot of his fellow X-men (Ex-Seminarians) rejoiced, because they believed that Bong was a good choice. Even the members of PAX (Philippine Alliance of X-Seminarians) shared the same sentiment. However, it looks like Bong fell on two traps, the Peter Principle and the Sadducees Principle.
I remember in my graduate school, we discussed this topic about Peter Principle in one of our subjects in Human Resources Management. It is about a person who was promoted to a higher position but cannot handle the obligations to perform fully the position he holds. While the Sadducees Principle is the tendency to be "holy cow" or "holier than thou".
For the record, I am not here to discredit Bong Naguiat. I hope he would realize that. I respect him, being the (appointed) Chairman of PAGCOR by Pnoy. BUT HE MUST ALSO REALIZE THAT IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF MY EXISTENCE (as taxpayer and citizen of the Philippines ) IF I JUST CLOSE MY EYES AND AGREE WITH EVERYTHING THAT HE SAYS OR DOES. THIS IS NOT ABOUT PERSONALITIES. THIS IS ABOUT PRINCIPLES!
While I believe in the sincerity of PNoy in eradicating corruption, people like Bong Naguiat doesn't deserve to be in PAGCOR. Ang PAGCOR ngayon ay PARLOR na. Thanks sa kabadingan ni BOY ABUNDA who lobbied for his BOYFRIEND BONG QUINTANA. Boy made it appear that BONG QUINTANA has been an organic member of PAGCOR. No. BONG QUINTANA is not an employee of PAGCOR, maybe of PARLOR. He is from WANDERS supplier of PAGCOR. It's about time that he should be axed --- now that the truth is already known. NOW NA! Yan ang tunay na diwa ng tuwid na daan.
Going back to Bong Naguiat, he lacks competency and also the morality to assume the highest position in PAGCOR.
As for competency, he does not know what to do with the problems at PAGCOR. Imagine, he allowed someone like BONG QUINTANA to be hired in PAGCOR without even validating the facts and circumstances about BONG QUINTANA. Then he even bragged to Anthony Taberna that he is not using the chair/seat in his office owned by former Chairman Genuino. If you are not using it, take it out of your room. Puro ka kaplastikan, Bong.
Do you know that in the Pamaskong Handog ng PAGCOR 2010 (PAGCOR's gift giving), the organizations of Bong Naguiat's parents were the ones who benefitted from this project. I challenge Bong Naguait to prove otherwise in the presence of media. This makes him a Sadducee, a worst form at that. He does not have moral ascendancy to lead PAGCOR.
Now, here is my big question, what happened to the dealings of current PAGCOR administration with the Koreans on the operations of online gaming in Ortigas area? Gaano ka-sincere si Bong Naguiat sa pagpapatakbo ng maayos ang PAGCOR kung siya mismo ay maraming hiwaga at kabalbalan na ginagawa sa PAGCOR.
Do you really want to walk in the straight path? KEEP THIS IN MIND:
We cannot dream with our eyes closed and walk in the straight path, if our actions betray our words or propaganda. In real life, we have to dream with our eyes wide open so we can see where we are heading to. Otherwise, we may be walking to the road that leads to damnation and not to salvation.
Please stop the propaganda about PAGCOR! WALK YOUR TALK!

i commend pagcor for pursuing the investigations and, i hope, the criminal prosecutions of all who, as officers or suppliers of pagcor, squandered or stole money that belonged to the treasury of the people. the allegations against the present board and officers of pagcor are like the allegations against the previous board and officers of pagcor - put them to the test in the process of investigation and prosecution. pagcor is walking the talk by investigating and prosecuting through the legal process. any guilt by the present board and officers of pagcor will be subject to the same if they commit similar acts. and the people will not wait for nine and a half years for future investigation and prosecution.
Monsi, you are a sharp shooter. You fired an Alpha shots hitting the heads of Bong Naguiat of PAGCOR and Boy Abunda. Continue firing until the gaming agency is cleared of misfits managing it.
joe, what PAGCOR is doing is witchhunting. they need to build up strong cases against the people who are guilty before they blow they trumpet. the sad part is it becomes "a priori" for them to do a lot of media blitz about what they are doing on the in the prosecutions of the corrupt officials of the previous PAGCOR administration. you know the best solution for this? don't bring in new political appointees in PAGCOR, instead retain the career officers who can pinpoint objectively as who are the real culprits. while i agree to the prosecution of those who are invilved in the brazen anomalies, what Bong Naguiat is doing now is a political persecution, propaganda and also counter to the principle of "Tuwid Na Daan" (when Bong let his parents organizations benefitted from PAMASKONG HANDOG NG PAGCOR). let us not wait for the 5 years term of Bong Naguiat to expire at PAGCOR before we call his attention on the wrong doings he is committing. let us call it now before it becomes a habit --- a bad habit at that. otherwise, it will become another case of history repeating itself. as einstein said, "insanity is doing the same thing all over again and expecting different result." excelsior!!!cousil
Monsi, remember this. The witches now in PAGCOR are greedier for money than their fellow witches they exorcised from the gambling agency. They don't gamble but they are winning barrels of barrels of high-valued chips. And they are publicity seekers using media organizations, and trying hard to appear handsome in order to hide their witch-like faces and look like angels to gamblers. And maybe you know who their powerful and influential witch boss is. If you don't take a long walk on the long winding road. You might have the chance to meet and know him personally.
WHAT A STARTLING EXPOSE!!! PEOPLE DESERVE TO KNOW THESE FACTS....I HOPE MR. NAGUIAT WILL STOP ACTING AS IF HE IS THE SAVIOR OF PAGCOR AND CAN REDEEM THE OFFICE BY "EXPOSING" THOSE W/C ARE ALL HALF TRUTHS.
