The World Has Gone Crazy

"The reason why people fail is not because they were weak, but because they thought they were strong." This old Jewish saying is very apt to what this fucking asshole wicked Muslim Politician Nasser Pangandaman turned DAR Secretary.

I really thought golf is a sports for well-bred and decent people as what some of my friends always brag to me. But apparently, my assumtion is just drop in a bucket more than a norm and this was just manifested by the Pangandaman family.

In the first place, they are public servants, and they should act like one at hindi nagsisigasigaan. Sorry for my Muslim friends, but I am referring to the Pangandaman family. Imagine pati bata at babae papatulan.

GMA must do something about this. She should not condone this. The best way is, fire Pangandaman out of DAR and file appropriate charges. Tangna ka Nasser Pangandaman, mamamatay ka din!

Eastwood Citys Security Guards are Bunch of "Hoodlums"

I think it's high-time that the management of Eastwood City to review the renewal of their security agency because this "hoodlums" think that they're Police Personnel or Militarymen. Helloooooooooo.......

Where am I coming from? The EASTWOOD CITY "hoodlums", shoved and pushed two of my friends from the GMA network, Malou Santiago - Tibayan and Audrey Carampel. Audrey almost fell off the stage when she was pushed by the "hoodlums" of the mall.

Just to set the record straight, these two friends of mine were invited to cover Charise Pempengco's event, and even if Charise belongs to the ABS-CBN network, they still decided to attend as a matter of courtesy.

But here are the sickening facts that surround the said unfortunate incident:

1) The alleged DJs of Magic 89.9 were announcing several times that the press people leave the place. Is this the way to treat your colleagues in the media industry? Come on, buffoons! You're twangs don't make you a higher beings than the others.

2) The Eastwood City "hoodlums" were not properly briefed by the management on how to treat the media people. If they did this to the media people, how much more with the ordinary people?

3) The Eastwood City "hoodlums" did not even grant the simple request from the media people that they will only ask two questions. Is that a difficult request? Assuming if it were a difficult request to be granted, why pushed Malou and Audrey? What if Audrey fell off the stage and hit her head on the floor? Who will be responsible for it?

Security Guards are really pain in the ass. They feel that with their "paltik" on their waste and their badge make them powerful!

I just hope that Eastwood City Management will do something to rectify this and teach their "hoodlums"properly. Otherwise, people will no longer go to your place because of the rudeness of your "hoodlums" which they are bound to experience.

I wonder what will Andrew Tan and Kingson Sian do when it reaches this story? Mr. Operations Manager, it's your call to disciple your hoodlum.

PNP, from Euro Scandal to Gestapo

Apparently, the influence of PNP Generals in Europe has adverse side-effect, this time, the PNP is acting like a GESTAPO, by banning media access to the blotters.

If this is not stupidity on the part of the PNP Chief, maybe it is another form of harrassment and a stupid decision coming from the products of Philippine Military Academy!

While I admire the stand of Gen. Versoza before not to present suspects to the media, I believe this move shows how a brilliant man like Gen. Versoza is blinded by his vendictiveness and panicking! Imagine Gen. Versoza making such a rule? The right to information is guaranteed under the bill of rights in 1987 Constitution.

The Philippine Constitution guarantees the right of its people to information on matters of public concern. Section 7 of the Bill of Rights of the 1987 Constitution reads:

“The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. Access to official records, and to documents, and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development, shall be afforded the citizen, subject to limitations as may be provided by law.”

While Gen. Versoza is not in Europe then, maybe his Euro Generals who went there saw GESTAPO as a nice way to stop the media from digging into the Euro Scandal, a scandal akin to obscenity, but not in the sexual context, but more on Obscene Display of Wealth!

These idiots are willing to look funny and stupid in the sight of so many Filipinos by fabricating lies --- lies that they themselves can't believe even just an iota of it!

But I guess, that's the kind of culture that the government of Gloria Macapal Arrovo wants to breed... and she's pretty effective.... teaching her men to lie to their teeth. It has been successfully passed on to the minutest lower class being in her Malacanang plantilla!

To PNP, wake up! You're toeing the line!

PNP Generals: Ang kakapal talaga!!!

Hence, as early as they're in the academy, they are already taught to be spoiled brats. They know that the money that sent them to school and give them allowance come from the sweat and brawn of the Filipino taxpayers. That's why they wouldn't care less, kasi di sila ang naghirap sa pera.

I remember how my late uncle, who was a retired military general, took pride in telling me about the products of PMA. He was one of the venerable professors there. He said, at the academy, they espouse COURAGE, INTEGRITY, AND LOYALTY, similar to La Salle's RELIGIO, MORES AND CULTURA.

But let me define what is the meaning of COURAGE, INTEGRITY, AND LOYALTY in the Philippine Military Academy:

COURAGE to lie and steal... and even if they are caught, they must have the (blind) LOYALTY to their fucking superiors who steal the coffers of the government like their Commander in Chief and extort from the people who are workin hard. Apart from that, they have commissions from the "kotongs", "tongpats", gambling lord, drug lord at kulang na lang pati sa mga taga-Praise the Lord! Hahahaha! Tang-na talaga, nakakasuka! With all these stinking and nausaeting acts, they call that INTEGRITY! Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.... Ganyan na talaga ngayon!

What I cannot accept is the fact that they make stupid of themselves by even contradicting their own statements! They are caught in their own web of lies. And if I were them, I'd rather commit "seppuku" for putting their foot in their mouth. That sucks.... Now, is that what you call integrity?

I remember how the lowly soldiers in Tawi-tawi where I was there for several times in 1 year as business consultant. They expressed their disgust to a newly graduate PMAer, who like his superiors, used and watched the lowly soldiers like pawns and be devoured by the enemies. They try to save their fucking asses at the expenses of these low ranking soldiers. One of the soldiers even told me, "sir, minsan nga gusto na naming magka-encounter at babarilin na namin yung mga walanghiyang tenyente na galing sa PMA. Abusado na, tamad pa!

Maraming milagrong nangyayari sa PMA and even among graduate of PMA. Remember the case of Philip Pestano? Wala ng kumibo about the foul play even if they insisted that it was a suicide. Maybe, it's a rarity to find a PMAer who has prioritized integrity! Remember a PMAer caught in the department store stealing CD? Yan ang courage, loyalty and integrity. Tang ina CD pa lang pinag-iinteresan na, how much more pag pera na!

Now let's go back to the money seized from the Euro generals. What will happen now with the money? Manhid kayong lahat!

Wala kayong COURAGE to fight and stand for the truth and to say no to what's not right! Your LOYALTY is only the your Commander in Chief who is also a thief like you!

Magresign na kayo at magpakamatay, mga gago!

Are you happy with the decision of Supreme Court to axe Court of Appeals Associate Justice Roxas?

"Lutong makaw"! That's how I see the Supreme Court's decision to axe CA Associate Justice Vicente Roxas. Please don't get me wrong. I am not a lawyer nor a relative of Justice Roxas. But the way is I see the decision being handed down was not just at all.

In my previous blog, (How deeply corruption in the Philippine goverment permeates in the system) I mentioned that in looks like in GMA's reign that corruption has permeated that deep --- deep to the point that it even contaminated the judicial system of the country. Nakakasuka... nakakahiya!

I can also surmise that even during the time of the late President Marcos, corruption had never gone that far --- conquering the judicial system or high courts like Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, respecively.

Back then, Marcos was compelled to make Supreme Court "obsolete" by the virtue of Martial Law because he knew that the justices then were not going to be swayed by his whims and caprices or condoned his abuses. Otherwise, he would not have declared Martial Law.

What is my basis for this? Well, we are all not happy with the recent ruling of Supreme Court on Executive Privilege. This contraversial decision (remember, might is not always right --- majority voted for its validity) will inevitably posit further abuses on GMA. Because by just invoking "executive privilege", any attempt to investigate anomalies would just be stopped.

Anyway, going back to the contraversial decisions of Supreme Court on the 5 CA justices, I feel that the decision was half-hazardly done just to appease the people who doubt on the integrity of the country's judicial system.

Culpability wise, the degree of graveness and abuses of each justice involved are all the same. They are all involved and had done great disservice and injustice to the people who pay their salaries and wages by taking sides or partisan. But why pick on Justice Roxas? Because he is not an ally of GMA! Very simple.

I remember in my subject in the seminary, Moral Theology, the culpability is not just determined based on the actual act, but on the mere intention! I am sure, one of the bases for the decision made by the Supreme Court Justices is not legal context but on moral.

If this is right, then all of them must be axed, otherwise, the Supreme Court is sending wrong signal to the people by this kind of decision. As if they're saying, "it's okay to be corrupt and unethical, so long as it's not brazen!"

But methinks that regardless of culpabilty, they are all fucking guilty of gross ignorance of the law and as taxpayer, we deserve to have impartial justices in the courts, both Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Otherwise, Cicero is wrong when he said, "The foundation of justice is good faith."

Obviously, none of these 5 CA justices acted in good faith in the case of Meralco-GSIS rift.

Hence, I suggest that let all of these justices be axed and burned to death!

Let's tie a yellow ribbon for Jocjoc Bolante & hang him to death

In a few more days, the elusive Jocjoc Bolante will soon be extradite for his anomalous and infamous "fertilizer scam".

The recent ruling of US Court of Appeals is an imminent indication that he will be extradited because there was no clear and valid reason for Jocjoc to seek assylum in the US.

Jocjoc is is the truth? Is it fair to all concerns?

Let us tie a yellow ribbon for Jocjoc and hang him to death, because of him, the farmers who were supposed to benefits from "fertilizer scam" are now suffering.

I guess, hanging him would be a good lesson to be taught to all the corrupt people in the government!

Why recall Gov. Ed Panlilio?

For some obvious reason, those who wish to set recall election against Gov. Ed Panlilio are bunch of corrupt people who opt to recall the good and plant the bad. When this happens, kawawa ang mga taga-Pampanga. They've made their choice and it will just be altered simply because of the "self-serving" political ambitions of "alliance of the three demons" composed of Candaba Mayor Jerry Pelayo, Vice-Gov. Yeng Guiao and the former manicurist turned politician Lilia Pineda!
Hahaha! I'm glad Mark Lapid is a good sport.

What have you done to your province? Except to propogate jueteng and lick the ass of GMA! Nothing more, nothing less! Ask Yeng Guiao if his dad had done any good to Pampanga who ruled it for such a long time! Where did the quarry money go Yeng during the term of your dad?

I just wish that the rational cabalens of Among Ed will not condone this move lest the entire Pampanga will be led to damnation instead of salvation! You want to recall a good leader like Among Ed and plant a rotten one?

You're so fucking wicked!!! Go to hell!!!!

I can only laugh at those who tried to defend Justice Jose Sabio Jr., especially to those who even claimed that Justice Sabio is incorruptible!

This is BULLSHIT! What can you say now apologists of Justice Sabio? To begin with, his brother Camilo Sabio, Chairman of PCGG has been linked in various anomalies which until now still under investigation. But certainly, Mike Arroyo (another Atenean, perhaps a member of Aquila Legis and a product of "Jesuit mafia" as some of my Atenean friends fondly call the Jesuits.) will do something to protect the members or affiliates of the Order of the Blue Eagles like Sabio.

Sadly, those who defended Justice Sabio even the venerable Fr. Bernas are already guilty of prejudice! They love their own even if they are corrupt.

With the admission of Justice Sabio, how can he now be a good example of teaching legal ethics (or ethics) for that matter? I remember the old cliche, "Verba movent, exempla trahent" Now, interpret this egoistic and righteous law students and lawyers of Ateneo... It means, "words inspire, action influence." Apparently these "incorruptible law students" of Ateneo Law School think that they're holier than cows" Hahaha! Please, no one is.

Please don't get me wrong. I love the Jesuit priests. In fact, I learned how to swim at Cervini Hall when the late Fr. Francis Joseph Heyden. S.J. of Manila Observatory taught me. But I just one to make this caveat to the idealistic law students and products of Ateneo Law School that no one is incorruptible. This is a big fallacy --- fallacy "assumptio non probata". I am not a lawyer.... I'm nobody.... but I wanna make a point to all of you that even the seemingly most holy person is still corruptible.

So, what can you say now, Justice Sabio's apologists? Is he really incorruptible? Tell that to the marines! Hahaha!

How deeply corruption in the Philippine goverment permeates in the system

Are you not wondering how it's gonna be when GMA's term as Philippine president will be further perpetuated?

It's gonna be an "opium to the people" to borrow Karl Marx depiction about religion.

Come to think of it. The last bastion for truth and justice like Court of Appeals and its justices are now subject of controversy! And that to me is very alarming!

What does it tell us? It tells us one thing, that in GMA's administratuon corruption is not just rampant, it's even permeated in the entire system even to last bastion of truth and justice. Mind you, this may have happened in times of other adminsitrations, but one thing is certain, it is not as brazen as it is now.

With this scenario, here's my question: "Quo vadis Pilipinas?"

GMA's Mistake of the Nation Address

The predictable drama of GMA's SONA which is truly fictional rather than real can be surmised into these:

Since the plot is predictable, (GMA is fond of using people both in literal and figurative sense) the mentioning of those people who worked in Hanjin, the farmer who farms a ten (10) hectare land etc... All of these people who lives have improved as per GMA's own economic standard failed and dfied the principles of ecomomics both in macro and micro economics.

Why? because these people she mentioned and presented in her SONA do not represent the entire people or the real situation of those who are still living in subsistence if not on a "hand to mouth" existence.

Nakakatawang nakakalungkot.

Nakakatawa dahil GMA seems convinced in her own lies, that apparently the people she presented whose lived have improved also represent the real scenario of other people living below poverty line. I remember in statistics and metres (Methods of Research) subject in graduate school, these "sample of population" that GMA presented are insignificant in terms of its relations to actual value or result of "ramdom sampling". GMA ought to know that because ipinagmamalaki nya na ekomomista sya!

May dalawang taon pa tayong magtitiis.

Batid natin na ang State Of the Nation Address ay isang Mistake Of the Nation Address!

Congratulations, Jim! You make Filipinos all over the world proud of you in your "obra maestra" --- TRIBU!

Once again, depsite all the scandals that beseiged our government and the lack of support and indifference from the government for those who are in the Arts and Culture sectors, Direk
Jim Libiran has brought honor and glory to the Filipino people not only in Europe, but in the entire world!

Jim’s "Tribu" is the only non-European film to win in the festival in the Pari de l’Avenir award, or Youth Jury Prize, at the Sixth Paris Cinema International Film Festival. “Tribu” competed with films from France, Japan, China, Haiti, Mexico, Great Britain, Hungary and Germany.

But as the cliche goes, "behind the success of a man is a woman". Congrats also to Mitchelle, the multi-talented and lovely wife of Jim. Unknown to many, Mitchelle is also a pastry chef apart from being a film producer.

Back in France, I also hear from the grapevine that Philippine Ambassador to France José Abeto
Zaide, snubs the Philippine delagates in France. Instead, this "uncultured" ambassador opted to rub elbows with Sharon Cuneta!

Hoy Ambassador Zaide, kung kamag-anak mo man si Gregorio Zaide a history book author eh parang di mo sinasabuhay ang mga aral nya. Why did you anub the Philippine delagates in the Sixth Paris Cinema International Film Festival?

Hahahaha!

While maybe majority of the Filipinos in France are domestic helpers, you don't have the right to be smug and snub ambassador. Ipapapullout kita dyan eh. You behave like a snooty Frenchman Ambassador or maybe you behave like Sharon Cuneta? Hahaha!

Ambassador, walang personalan. I just would like to know the raison d' etre of your behavior towards the Filipinos delegates in the filmfest.

Jim, keep it up friend and may your "tribe" truly increase!

QUEZON CITY HALL is spending 2 Billion Pesos for the "beautification" of sidewalks, Is this TRUE?

I got some complaints from the business establishments in Quezon City regarding the apparent whimsical beautification of Quezon City sidewalks. What is really bothering me and the rest of the residents is the fact that Mayor Sonny Belmonte does not seem to know his priority. While it is true that Quezon City has a lot of money and surplus compared to Makati and other municipalities and cities in Metro Manila (and compared to the time of the Mathays), in my humble opinion, it would be wise and prudent to "earmark" and allocate the money for the truly beneficial projects for the Quezon City taxpayers and constituents such as livelihood program, education, health center, environmental projects and many more. Sayang ang pera eh. Worst the business owners of the affected business establishments where the snail paced digging of the sidewalks is being done are now up in arms against SB.

But it seems you're either densed or ill-advised!

I campaigned for you. My late father was your colleague in the defunct Manila Chronicle. He told many so many good things about you.

Ako kasi is a TRUE BLUE QUEZON CITY BOY. Was born in Delgado Clinic and grew up in QC talaga. Yung mga iba kayang mga politikong pulpol sa QC, can they say the same?

By the way, pakisabihan nga po Mayor SB yung barangay captain namin sa Sacred Heart, sir. He condones his tanods in playing cara y cruz which is just stone throw away from the barangay hall! It's disgusting. His reason daw as told to me by some people there in Soupremo Pares is, "they're not on their duty anymore". Sayang, ang campaign slogan pa naman nyang barangay captain namin ay AKSYON LAGI (his nickname is AL!), pero tila puro dada lang itong AL na ito pero wala namang ginagawa. As the saying goes, VERBA MOVENT, EXEMPLA TRAHENT! Words inspire, actions influence. Need I say more?

Don't do business in Taguig & Makati

I heard from the grapevine that Taguig is becoming notorious in their apparent "legal extortion" via city ordinance. Here are the seemingly abuses committed by Taguig Local Government:

1) The hiring of Taguig residents is must and if the establishments hired non-residents of Taguig, they have to pay the local government 700 per person. This is bullshit! What do you think of Taguig, a federal government? Even federal government would not poach on the prerogative of the investors. I have never seen such arrogance from the Tingas. Well, what do you expect from the "Tingas" in vernacular, dumi sila ng mga ngipin. They cause cavities. Maybe so, in their very own kingdom in Taguig.

Hoy, mga Ting na nyo. Hindi kayo forever dyan. Dati-rati nagmamakaawa kayong may mag invest dyan ngayon meron na binababoy nyo mga TINGA NYO!!! WALANG MGA UTANG NA LOOB. DAPAT SA INYO HINDI NA MANALO SA SUSUNOD NA ELEKSYON. MAS MASAHOL PA KAYO SA MAKATI.

2) I was also informed that another ordinance that mangles money from establishments is the checking of water in all the faucets. Mura lang naman, 300 pesos per faucet. Ting na nyo, ang kakapal nyo. If you would like to check the safety of the water flowing out from the faucet, please check the main source --- the Bonifacio Waters System. Nakakapikon kayo. Kundi kayo bobo (not checking the main source of the water), malamang mukhang mangingikil kayo.

I hope Senators Pia and Allan Cayetano would step into these abuses. My question as business consultant is this, is city ordinance absolute? Can one city or municipality come up with as many ordinaces as they want just to feed their fucking caprices and whims so that they can say na may nagawa sila? What about if the ordinances are oppressive such as the ones now being implemented in Taguig? What are the scope and limitations of these ordinances? Can DILG step on this? How about my dear colleagues in the media industry?

To be honest, few days ago one of my clients asked my help to look for a location in Taguig, The Fort area. sabi ko wag dun at duduguin sya.

If this continues, I will tell to my clients and prospective clients not to put their business in Taguig. This thought is counter to the direction of the government to entice investors. I can say the same thing in the Republic of Makati, marami din daw raket dyan.

It reminds me of what I so often hear from some men when they joke around. "Don't get caught with your pants down. And even if you're caught, deny it!"

In that movie, (sorry to pre-empt ha) Keanu had some "operational irregularities or deviations" as a policeman. But his "backer" is a powerful policeman who has money and lots of money to bribe to whoever needs it. It turned out in the end that his backer was the brain behind all the anomalies. Worst, may hidden desire pa kay Keanu. Hahaha!

I hope this is not true in the present government right now. Although I heard from the grapevine that one of the guys in Malacanang does not like girls, he likes boys! Hahahaha!

They acquired loans for swine during the time that there was no crisis in swine breeding. But they say otherwise. Sabi ng mga taga-QUEDANCOR, they had this loan to help the dying industry in piggery. But there was no crisis. Ask the breeders from Bulacan and they had already attested to that foregoing fact.

Ginagawa tayong gago at bobo. Hahahaha! Sounds familiar?

Despite of all the damning evidences presented by Atty. Harry Roque, the ombudsgirl did not act. What do you expect? Will you bite the hands that appointed (fed) you? As a natural occurence, hindi. But the thing is, who pays for the salary of the president, the ombudsgirl and other government personnel that keep on lying on us and insult our intelligence? Tayo. Who will pay for the behest loans made by QUEDANCOR?

Let's condemn these anomalies that beseiged our government and have become a malignant chronic malady.

Putang ina, BABOY NA NGA BINABOY NYO pa!!! QUEDANCOR STINKS... Write them and condemn their anomalies. If these swines can only talk, they would have cursed the king of the SWINES residing in Malacanang. Visit their website:

We need quality tourists.

Hijo, the BARBERS are already falling stars! I wonder if Dean Barbers still remembers the time when he allegedly went to DLSU-Manila to contest the grade of his sibling who fell short of few points to get an honor? I heard that from a reliable source a classmate in DLSU graduate studies told me that horror from the tirades of Dean. Is this true, Mr. GM? If this were true, hijo, La Salle is not a government where you can put you're weight around. Iba dyan pare. Grades are not for sale!!!

For several times, the government embarked on the "holiday economic on tourism", that is, by adjusting the date of "non-working days" or making the weekend long with an end in mind that the local tourists would enjoy the holiday by patronizing the local destinations we offer which ironically very exorbitant to afford. Eh mga bugok pala kayo eh. Mana kayo kay GMA. How do you expect this "holiday economic on tourism" strategy would work when the local holiday packages are very expensive and that the international holiday packages are more affordable? When I was in Japan, their strategy of encouraging local tourists to patronizing the local holiday package works. Like in Disneyland, the rate for local tourists is 100 yen while for foreigners is US$100! Consequently, the local tourists practically go there almost every week. This was also the point I told to Ms. Sonja Garcia of DOT Davao in the invest tourism forum at MEGAMALL when Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) invited me there to participate. But instead of listening to me, Ms. Garcia was very defensive. Sabi nya it's because of the media that makes our tourism go down by painting Philippines as corrupt country. Eh obvious ba?

Even Ms. Veronica Carandang of Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industries agreed in my proposal to DOT folks --- coordinate with the resort owners and other establishments. Pakiwari nila, they monopolize the knowledge and skills. Helloooooooooooo... Dream on. Remember, most of you are in your position not due to your competency and skills... in short, YOU'RE THERE NOT BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU KNOW, BUT SIMPLY BECAUSE OF WHOM YOU KNOW. C'est la vie. That's how it is in the Philippines.

Here are my other assumptions why our tourism program fails:

1) The people who run the department are seemingly not equipped with the necessary skills they need. Our Asean counterparts are very aggressive using various media in promoting their country and its tourism. Hahaha. Tangna nyo!!!!

2) They don't want to work on regulating the resorts and other establishments that promote tourism because their profit margin will be lessened. Alam nyo naman sa Pinas, conflict of interest is very prevalent. Who the hell cares? The care bears, they say! But if ony they would be able to talk to resort operators (their business partners or relatives) to lower the price and make it affordable to local tourists, then the "holiday economic on tourism" will be very successful not only as planned, but also in its implementation.

3) Apparently, their primodial concern is not really to promote tourism, but to go on shopping, find business opportunities for their family relatives or kabets or dummies, and other selfish interest.

4) Funds are not used properly. Where does the travel tax go? I think, that PTA and this government should disclose where the travel tax go? Eh kaso nga what do you expect from these incompetent people from the government. Ala! Weather-weather lang daw. In all other countries where I had been to, only Palau collects travel tax before leaving. That was my experience the first time I went there. But last year, Palau made it easier. No more queues. We only should to the world how we operate the government. It's damn riddled with bureaucracy. Nakakahiya. Ngayon ang tanong, san ba napupunta ang travel tax? Bakit wala ka man lang makitang improvement in the facilities and service that the government renders? Bakit ginagawang gatasan ang mga tao? I wouldn't mind paying travel tax and terminal fee if I see any improvement. Pero wala eh. Not even an iota of improvement. Can Commission of Audit tell us where the money goes? How about the PTA General Manager himself? We have the right to ask for it, right? Wag kayong balat sibuyas hane? If the government is really serious in making the "holiday economic on tourism" successful, I suggest, work with the resort operators, hotels and other establishments. Explain to them the "economies of scale". Think big by going to small. But I cannot blame them kasi karaniwan sa gobyerno ang kalakaran eh, "ang lagay ba eh", gusto may tongpats... mahilig kasing pumatong eh both figuratively and literally. Gusto may bukol. Sila ay nalahian ng mga "COMMISSIONERS". Nakakatawang, nakakalungkot. But the reality remains, "Ang Mga Taga-Tourism Department at Philippine Tourism Authority ng Pinas ay Tila Puro Porma lang pero wala namang yatang alam!"

Prove us wrong, fellas!!!

Hahaha!

Ang sangkot na pera ay higit pa sa fertilizer scam ni Jocjoc Volante (Is it the truth, Rotarians? Is it fair to all concern? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be benificial to all concerned?) Fuck these 4 way tests. Sorry for my friends in the rotary. These fucking 4 way tests are only good in paper, but never in practice. Please read my previous blog: The Philippine Government is A Chaste Prostitute.

Ganun talaga eh, what are we in power for? Tang ina nyo. You'll never be in power forever, believe me. If you're no longer in power, tang ina, lilingong kayo palagi sa likod at harap nyo because you know at the back of your mind marami kayong ginago.

Anyway, going back to Mike Arroyo's scam or to be more accurate, Swine Scam, marami na namang anomalya.

Ang MASS FOR TRUTH ay nacancel for no valid reason at all. Pero di naman tayo bobo, nakakalungkot pero we have to accept the fact that the ARROVO government can use the taxpayers money to divide the nation, to hide the truth and to pay the supposed principled people like Cardinal Vidal.

Well, everyone has a price, they say.

I remember the anecdote about the honorable Ship Captain. This captain is known for his integrity and courage. He doesn't tolerate illegal stuff to be embarked in his ship. One time, a rich corrupt politician (sounds familiar isn't it?) approached the captain and convinced him to allow the shipment of illegal drugs and other smuggled goods but the good ship captain refused.

So what the rich corrupt politician did was to offer the captain P50, 000, 000.00 (fifty million pesos) hoping that the captain will accept the bribe. But still, the captain was adamant. He did not succumb to the offer of the rich corrupt politician. Then a counter offer was made by the rich corrupt politician, this time for the amount of P200,000,000.00 (two hundred million pesos). But again, the captian refused. Then the rich corrupt politician said, "Captain this will be my last offer, P 500,000, 000.00 (five hundred million pesos)". The captian was very furious, took his gun and poked to the rich corrupt politician and said, "Get out of my ship, you're getting closed to my price."

The Holy Bible said, "gold has corrupted many kings." I hope the good Cardinal Vidal and his priests would keep that in mind. Remember, "what profits a man if he gain the whole world, but lost his own soul?"

In my subject moral theology, I remember the difference between "concealment" and "lying". Obviously, these priests, cardinals and bishops who are becoming indifferent in knowing the truth about the ZTE scandal are becoming accessory to the crime and have the same moral "culpability" with those who are also keeping the truth to be known like GLORIA MACAPAL ARROVO and her Dark Knights.

Here's my closing question to the bishops and priests and above all with Cardinal Vidal, CARDINAL VIDAL, KAMPON BA KAYO NG KATOTOHANAN O NG KADILIMAN?

Nagtatanong lang po....

KAPALMUKS, another jargon we can add in ZTE SCANDAL

With the advent of new jargons namely, bukol and tongpats, I think we can add another one, this time let's call it kapalmuks (or kapal ng mukha!)

They say, "a tree rots from the top and not from below". No wonder our country is going to the dogs now. The continuous braggadocio and propaganda of our government are all covered with lies. The economy may have grown in "numbers" not because of the economic policies of this rotten government but because of the remmitance sent by our hardworking "labor exports". Di ba KAPALMUKS talaga? Taking the credit from the Filipinos who left their family behind in order to provide food on the table of every family. Remember, this was the "positioning" of the government in the campaign made by GMA. Where's the food?

I can cite so many instances that this government is indeed KAPALMUKS PAR EXCELLENCE. Di naman tayo bulag eh, di ba?

After all GMA is just being true to her initial - GLORIA MAKAPAL AKO. In short, KAPALMUKS AKO.

Well, that's another jargon we can add care of ZTE scandal. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

Quo vadis, Joker Arroyo?

I remember during the seemingly blockbuster "tele-drama" of Erap's impeachment trial, my "idol" Joker Arroyo, impressed the lawyers, law students, students and all televiewers nationwide on how brilliantly and gallantly he established that the forged signature of Jose Velarde was that of Erap.

To further dramatize it, he even hit the last nail that sealed Erap's coffin by saying, "This country cannot be run by a thief." I am sure, back then, everybody who were watching nodded to agree to this fiery statement of Joker Arroyo.

But apparently, Joker was just joking after all.

Why? Because he knows in is heart and mind that the "faked Philippine president" GLORIA MACAPAL ARROVO is also a thief, right? But how come he could not condemn GMA with the same intensity? Granting if not on the same intensity, what makes it sickening is the fact that Joker is brazenly protecting GMA. He became an apologist of GMA. What could be the reason? Until now, I cannot fathom the reason behind his continuous Pro-GMA stand? Is it because he received something in return from GMA?

This seemingly senile actuation of Joker Arroyo is so disgusting. It appears that Joker is not even interested to know the truth! So, what gives? Is he keeping something from the Filipino people? Is he trying to protect GMA? Or is he trying to protect himself? That, we still don’t know. UNLESS HE WOULD ALLOW THE TRUTH TO COME OUT, HE WOULD NEVER BE CLEARED ON THIS MATTER. AND I AM SURE, MANY OTHER FILIPINOS ALL OVER THE WORLD FELT BETRAYED FOR JOKER'S JOKE. AS INEVITABLE, FILIPINOS ALL OVER THE WORLD WILL UNCEASANTLY LAMBAST JOKER ARROYO FOR HIS CONTINUOUS BIAS IN FAVOR OF GMA. LASTLY, PEOPLE WILL NOT WANE TO QUEST FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE.

As for Joker, there are only two reasons why you behave that way. Either you have been bought by GMA or you are already suffering from senelity. Either way, it's no good for you.

Remember, when the leopard dies, he will leave his skin, the man his dignity.

Quo vadis, JOKER ARROYO? Quo vadis, Pilipinas?

After the "bukol" that was disclosed by Jun Lozada, now a new jargon is added --- "tongpats" or simply "patong". Whatever you wanna call it, it's just a matter of semantics. In short, "tongpats" or "bukol" are synonymous to kurakot.

Grabe talaga itong gobyernong to. Ang hilig hilig talaga. But the question is, given a choice "PAPATUNGAN MO BA SI GLORIA?" Ako hindi. Hindi ko din sya bubukulan. Nakakasula eh. Looking at her smirked and hypocrite smile, I cannot help but to puke profusely.

Hahaha!

CONGRATULATIONS to GLORIA MACAPAL-ARROVO for giving (dis)honor to our country and its people

Mga kababayan, there is no reason to sulk. GLORIA MACAPAL, ay MACAPAGAL ARROVO, ay ARROYO pala has two major accomplishments in the Philippine history that she can brag about:

For the record, GMA is the only president in the entire history of the Philippine from the time of Aguinaldo, that has made ATENEO and LA SALLE synergized for a cause. Isn't that a great accomplishment? ANIMO LA SALLE! ANIMO ATENEO!

Not but not the least, the Philippines from second most corrupt country in ASIA, is now ranked as FIRST and the MOST CORRUPT country in Asia. I would not wonder if eventually we will be number one in the whole world.

With this kind of government, kulang na lang pati utot kukuhanan ng komisyon o kotong. Ang lupit talaga. This government wouldn't even mind allowing other countries to explore our own domain at the expense of our security and in exchange for a few million dollar loan.

Allowing that is tantamount to inviting a guest in your own home and let the guest rape either your wife or one of your daughters.

Ganun na talaga ang pamahalaan na ito. Bastusan na ika nga.

My late mother said, "when one is rude, don't make it two." Sorry, 'Nay to defy you. I won't be able to follow that noble axiom." When the government is rude, fight them back. Don't take it sitting down. Condemn their indifference.

Kayo mga kababayan, will you just allow yourself to be identified with the most corrupt country in Asia? I think that's also the strategy of the government, that is, to embarrass their kababayans so that her kababayans will just leave the county, work in other country, send money to the Philippines so that GMA can brag again that she made the Philippine Economy strong. ULOL! DREAM ON GMA! Saying that is like saying that you've grown several inches high. Hahahaha.

Guys, let’s congrats PHILIPPINES for being the most corrupt country in Asia.
Let’s congrats GMA’s nincompoop cabinet members. And above all, let's congrats GMA for a well done job. Email her, write editors, write a blog.

As Bernard Shaw said, "To withhold deserved praise lest it should make its object conceited is as dishonest as to withhold payment of a just debt lest your creditor should spend the money badly."

CONGRATULATIONS to GLORIA MACAPAL-ARROVO for giving (dis)honor to our country and its people!

Tumiklop ka din JESLI!

Finally, the stubborness of Jesli Lapuz, the uneducated Secretary of Education suddenly folded up in implementing the Memoradum No. 13.

Why did it happen? Because he cannot stand the heat of the oven, hence, he got out of the kitchen. Guys, let's not get tired pressuring Malacanan thru email and copy all our relatives and friends abroad especially the ones who are labelled or called by the government "BAGONG BAYANI" pero pag dating sa airport kinikikilan! The only time our balikbayans and OFWs experience "smooth sailing thru all the queues at the airport is when the government come up again with their "HYPOCRITE PROGRAM" of "Salubungin ang Mga Bagong Bayani". Otherwise, the ordeal is the. The cycle never ends especially among the "Bureau of Cost-Tong" personnel.

Nakakalungkot, barya-barya na nga lang tinitira pa! Nakakasuka. Imagine the sacrifice of our OFWS and Balikbayans who are actually made our country's economy look good at least in the paper. Saying that our economy is good but the people don't feel the effect, is akin to telling the people I will feed you with ham, but I will just hang it on the beam!

I can analyze the dynamics of the behavior of the people in the government, esp. that of GMA. They will try to push everyone and everything to the limit, even the law, they are willing to bend it for their own sake and benefit.

Let us be vigilant. Let us continueencouraging our relatives and friends to write the government, newspapers and come up with blog condemning the corruption in the government. Let us not give up and lose hope.

Hoy JESLI, wag kang sipsip!

Ito talaga ang pinakawalanghiyang administrasyon. Ika nga, "what are we in power for"?

Ilang beses ko din isinulat sa letters to the editor at tila sa kanila it was no big deal. Dapat lang no?

Bakit kaya? Ngayon, he is trying his luck in "cyber education" na makukurakutan.

The students need to know the truth. Whether they're students from state owned schools or universities or private. Jesli does not have the right to withhold the truth. Nakakahiya sya ha, education secretary pa sya.

Plato is right, in his work, The Allegory of Cave. In a nutshell, he beleives that "if all people were educated, there would be no slaves. Slaves that have fetters of iron on their neck. Whatever is told them, they believe them in absolute truth because that's what they only see.

If these students will be deprived of the truth, they will believe that the lies made by this goverment are the truth, no matter how incongrous it is. Ikanga, who the hell cares except the care bears!

Kaya Jesli, HOY, WAG KANG SIPSIP!

The news broke that GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROVO, ay ARROYO pala is the most corrupt president the Philippines ever had, I never doubted it. It is the TRUTH! A truth beyond reasonable doubt.

I remember in one of my major subjects in philosophy, Epistemology, the truth is defined as "conformity of mind with the reality". And the news about GMA is the most corrupt president, all our minds conform with the reality that indeed, GMA is corrupt... CORRUPTION BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT. Furthermore, it is a just simple case of "AGERE SEQUITO ESSE.... " Action follows being.

Let me cite the reasons why the people jumped into conclusion that GMA is the most corrupt president:

1) ERAP stole the jueteng money, but not the people's money. But in the case of GMA, tangna, kaliwat-kanan na walang humpay at garapalang kurapsyon. Sa akin okay na na baguhin ang passport, but "not on its physical aspect" but in its functionality. With the new passport issued, sinayang lang ng gobyerno di lang ang pera ng bayan kundi pati oras ng tao. HASTE makes WASTE. The new passport does not provide space for signature and that'swhy some banks are not accepting it as one of proofs of identity. Second, dapat wala ng non-appearance dahil nga renewal. Tangna, personal appearance is required and the person who appears will just do the thumbmark and signature. You already wasted the tax payers money buy spending in the less needed project (eh tangna me alingangas na namang kurapsyon dyan!), please stop wasting people's time.

2) ZTE, North and South rail, Cyber Education etc.... Name it, may kickback ang gobyerno.

But it is disheartening to see how this present government twist the fact. The TRUST-SEEKERS become DESTABILIZERS ---- well, only in the PHILIPPINES!

Ano ba talaga, GLORIA?

I received a text from my uncle who was in the military service for more than 30 years. Here's the excerpt of teh text he sent me....

"First Gentleman nasa impiyerno....

Hahahaha!

I forwarded this text message to as many friends as possible including my friends in the media and they really liked it... they were entertained, maybe because for every joke there's an ounce of truth in it, they say.

Unfortunately (or shall I say, fortunately), one of the recepients of the text I sent to friends is a first cousin of the Macapagals.

He texted back to me and said, "CHIEF BUMISINA KA MUNA. FIRST COUSIN KO ANG MGA MACAPAGAL." And I realized it's true! I texted back to him and said, "Sorry if you are hurt. But it was a joke."

What do you think about my friends reaction? Me, I believe he is sincere for telling that "DEMONYONG TALAGA YANG MGA KAMAG-ANAK KO YAN!"Ü

Why? Because GMA and his DARK KNIGHTS have long forgotten that GMA was installed as President thru the help of the protesters (from all political spectra of the society), media group, church and other people. In short, the unceasant protests done by the people triggered the expulsion of ERAP. I remember, I was one of the people in the EDSA shrine after the infamous "No vote" in the senate.

My question is, how come GMA and his dark knights are depriving people to assemble, air their grievances and protest on the brazen corruption in the government? Is she afraid to taste her own medicine that was used before in ousting ERAP? Obviously she is.

But you could only suppress it for some time. This has been proven when the cruel emperor of Rome Nero tried to persecute all the Early Christians. Nero back then that by burning them alive and feeding them to the lions who scare aways those Christians who profess their faith.

Instead of lowering the number of Christians, they amazingly grew in number until Nero and other cruel successors became obsolete.

Perhaps, time will also come when GMA and her dark knights will become obsolete. I wish this happens very soon.

Why does GMA and her dark knights persecute the protesters? Ano ba talaga, GLORIA?

One thing that saddens me in this current political crisis is the seemingly non-chalant attitude of our bishops. I miss the days when I see the church galantly standing on its ground regarding the issues about corruption in the government.

I wonder why the church and the bishops continue to vacillate on the issue of corruption? Are they afraid to be taxed by the government which is the "blackmailing tactic" that the government uses against the church.

I understand the feeling of Fr. Rober Reyes and those other priests who miss the courage of the late Cardinal Sin. If cardinal Sin were alive today and this quagmire happens, I am pretty sure that he would make a clear stand of the church. Right now, the ambiguous stand of the church (and other fencesitters) about GMA and her dark knights, only posits further abuse on the part of the government.

To our cardinals and bishops, I hope you will find time to read (Rev. 3:16) when Jesus said, “Because you’re neither hot nor cold, I’ll spew you out of My mouth”

What is the difference with the EDSA 1 & 2 time and the current situation we are all experiencing now?

"The World is not dangerous because of those who do harm but because of those who look at it without doing anything" (ALBERT EINSTEIN)

Let me begin this email with a quotation.

"For one who is indifferent, life itself is a prison. Any sense of community is external or, even worse, nonexistent. Thus, indifference meanssolitude. Those who are indifferent do not see others. They feel nothing for others and are unconcerned with what might happen to them. They are surrounded by a great emptiness. Filled by it, in fact. They aredevoid of all hope as well as imagination. In other words, devoid of any future."

We cannot deny the fact about the "chronic malady" that our country has been beseiged with. The continuous denial of the "stinking anomalies" in the government has just added insult to the injury. There are two kinds of sin, the sin of commission and the sin of ommission. The later is no lesser than the former. I am not saying that we go to the streets and shout invectives to the government, but if you feel that way, you are all free as you may please. My point is that, we need not close our eyes to the blinding truth about the corruption. Being indifferent about the situation posits callousness to the people in the government.

Write them and tell them that you are disappointed if you really are. If not, then just ignore this email. The great Dr. Jose P. Rizal fought the abusive Spaniards and the Friars not with swords but with pen. Through his various literary works El Filibusterismo and Noli Me Tangere which we are all aware of. Thus, he said, Pen is mightier than sword. Although this quotation did not originate from him, he also just quoted the great Edward Bulwer-Lytton, author of the play Richelieu; Or the Conspiracy and here is an excerpt of the dialogue on pen is mightier than sword and I quote,

True, This! Beneath the rule of men entirely great,
The pen is mightier than the sword.
Behold The arch-enchanters wand! itself a nothing!
But taking sorcery from the master-hand
To paralyse the Caesars, and to strike The loud earth breathless!
Take away the sword States can be saved without it!

Yesterday, I had a meeting with some friends from Manila Bulletin at Starbucks across Bureau of Immigration and Deportation. All of us were shock to see so many BID employees "fixing" some concerns of foreigners. What further breaks my heart is the fact that the "fixers" are young and pretty employees of BID. I could only shake my head in disbelief. This was the sentiments of my colleagues in the media industry. Maybe, gone are the days when Rizal envisioned the youth as the hope of our motherland! But I'm sure, no one among the young ones (and young onces as well --- no pun intended!) would want to be identified with these so young and yet so corrupt people. "Fixers" are used to be represented by the "alter-ego" of the "insiders". But now, it's different --- they become bold and non-chalant to the point that they even have the gall to show theit BID IDs hanging on their necks. I just wished that what were hanging on their necks are ropes that they would use to hang themselves by the neck for such an embarrassing show of profanity. Fixing or for others "liaisoning" (glorified fixing!) has become a culture in every nook and crany of almost in all if not all the government agencies. From macro to micro. That is the harsh reality in the government.

I hope that we will all continue to educate and guide our youth, and pray that our country will be extricated from the dark abyss. I would like to share this beautiful quotation from an anonymous source: "Character is the final decision to reject whatever is demeaning to oneself or to others and with confidence and honesty choose what is right. And only a brave person is willing to honestly admit, and fearlessly to face, what a sincere and logical mind discovers."

GOD bless us!!! GOD bless the Philippines!!!

Best regards,

Monsi Serrano

As some lawyers in the congress and senate said, "moot and academic" na daw ito.

Hahaha. But it's too late. The damning consistent testimonies of Lozano provided a very vivid truth that cannot be denied. MAY KURAKUTAN AT MAY INTENSYONG PAGKAKITAAN ANG ZTE BROADBAND DEAL.

We all know that by mere intention to dupe money from the project whether legally or morally constitute legal and moral culpability.

Ang problema sa inyo, you tilt the law in your favor. Kung okay sa inyo, go. Pag hindi papalag kayo.

Assuming that Lozada sided with the government, I'm sure ipagmamayabang nyo yan at sasabihin na "destabilizers" ang mga umaangal. Tangna, anong logi yan?

Tandaan nyo, you'll never be in power forever, and if that time comes, somebody might just come to you and shoot you all. Look at Tita Cory Aquino, she can walk freely without having fear for her life. Kasi wala syang tinapakan.

Nakakalungkot ang nangyayari sa Pilipinas, we are ruled by a lot of nincompoops at eto yung MGA BOBONG POLITIKO DITO SA PINAS!

JOKER, napahiya kay JUN LOZADA!

It looks like the apologists of GMA failed to discredit Mr. Noel "JUN" Lozada, especially the disgusting maverick (or weirdo) Joker Arroyo.

I admire Gringo and Chiz who gave fair treatment to their kababayan.

But he failed.

Joker, in logic there's what we call fallacy "asumptio non probata" and you were not perhaps aware about your style. You judged and assumed so many things about Lozano that were fed to you by Malacanang. But it backfired on you!

Sinong nagmukhang gago, si Lozano ba o ikaw? IKAW, just in case di mo alam, GAGO!

Worst napahiya ka pa, BUTI NGA!!!

Mabuhay Ka, Noel Lozada! ANIMO LA SALLE!!!

I cancelled all my appointments to listen to the Senate hearing regarding the ZTE broadband scam.

As I was listening to the hearing, I cannot help but to shed tears and feel sad for the what was happening in our country. And at the same time, cry and elated due to the chivalrous act of Mr. Lozada. His statements about his direct knowledge in the ZTE broadband scam shows that he is telling the truth and this is reflected in the consistency, prudence, candidness and honesty.

The questions made by all the senators despite the fact that they tried to check the veracity of Mr. Lozada's statements and destroyed his credibilty by Senator Brenda Santiago proved futile.
He was consistent in all his statements and the senators tried to rattle him by asking the same questions all over again even if those questions was fallacy in itself (fallacy petitio principii or what we call "beating around the bush").

I just wish the the apologists of GMA would refrain in discrediting Mr. Lozada. Nope. You cannot put a good man down.

At this point, the senate hearing is still ongoing and I'm still awaiting for the end of this. I salute Mr. Lozada for his courage, integrity and sincerity. I may not understand his fear and anxiety he's undergoing right now, but I empathize with his one simple point ---- STOP CORRUPTION IN THE GOVERNMENT!

I also admire the media, the Association of Major Religious Superiors and all those who show their support to Mr. Lozada and his family through prayers, moral support and other forms.

Indeed, Mr. Lozada is an epitome of a TRUE LA SALLIAN. I'm happy and proud to see one "sinful hero" who stood by all the threats and insults hurdled especially by Sen. Brenda Santiago.

Sabi nya at ito'y applicable sa inaasal ng ating gobyerno, "He who was a why to live for can bear any how..."

The great British historian Arnold Toynbee once said, "Anyone who has not learned from the past is doomed to commit the same mistake"

The premise and clamor of the majority TONGRESSMEN AND TONGRESSWOMEN that they want change in the "house" or shall we say "menagerie" must be watched carefully by the public. Let's see how they can institute change in the "menagerie" where they reside.

Sure, it's a good clamor. But my question is, what if you cannot change that. What will you do? Magpapakamatay ba kayo if you were not able to do that? Sana ganun nga.

But that I doubt! In Japan, if a person (especially the sachos and the leaders) fails his colleagues or compatriots, he does a "seppuku" or disembowlment. But the thickeness of the face of our politicians is beyond compare. Even the experiment of Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen wouldn't work. The thickness of the face of our politician is for Guiness Book of Record.

Please don't get me wrong. I am not losing hope. Because I still believe in miracle! Hahahaha.

Anyway, seriously, what will you do now DISHONORABLE TONGRESSMEN AND TONGRESSWOMEN if your will to institute change did not materialize? Will you step down? Will you go to Luneta and have yourself shot in public? If the answer is the latter, let me know and I will be happily pull the trigger for you. In that way, I will be a hero, because I have annihilated the people who make our country a big embarrassment to the world.

But with the kind of arrogance and callousness these politicians are, lying is just a natural as breathing for them.

I salute the few people who voted for status quo in the congress. As for the majority, please make your dream come true to reform the congress not for your own personal benefit, but for the benefit of the majority.

To Dato and Mikey, ang kakapal nyo. Remember you'll not be there in power forever.

GOD bless the Philippines!!!!

Bakit kamo? Kasi baka ma-impeach sya at palitan ng majority! Hahahaha.

"Mr. Speaker, THEY BOUGHT MY YES!"

While I am not a fan nor an apologist of JDV, the incident last night was a simple case of greed!

In the Holy Bible it is said, "you don't put new wine in the old wine skin". These bunch of monkeys in the House of Representatives think that by changing the leader in the house in the person of Nograles, the image of the house will be changed as well! NON SEQUITUR!

Change should come from within, and not from without.

No matter how others (those who were in favor to oust JDV) would deny that they were not bribed, no one would believe them. It's been a culture in the congress that bribery exists.

Magpakatotoo kayo! Magkano ba talaga?

Who's Boy Nograles? They say that you don't bite the hand that feeds you. Boy Nograles has bitten the hands of his ally in Davao the venerable Rudy Duterte.

JDV is right when he said, "WE ARE ALL SINNERS".

By condoning the unethical and brazen corruption in the congress, you're equally culpable in the same sin. Remember, the guilt is bigger when there's omission on your part to rectify what you ought to do.

And the sad mentality of these TONGRESSMEN AND TONGRESSWOMEN is that, "they have the numbers". Mga ulol, MIGHT IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT!

I even heard Ceriles saying that wala daw train at tulay sa Minadanao. Hoy gago, why blame that to JDV? Nasan yung pork barrel mong hayup ka? Pakicheck mo yung bangko mo baka nandun.

LORD, PAKIBILISAN MO NAMANG KUNIN SILA. Speaker, THEY BOUGHT MY YES!"
